The Activator Brand Code: Rules I Live By
A manifesto for those done being the underpaid Helper, and ready to be felt, followed, and fully paid.
We are at a turning point in online business.
AI is out-teaching us. Everyone is overwhelmed with information. And the creators who cling to content-as-education are finding it very hard to command high-ticket prices.
But there is another path.
One that AI can’t touch.
One that your soul has likely been whispering about for months now.
It’s the path of the Activator.
The one who leads with energy, identity, and emotional resonance.
The one who changes people through presence, not productivity.
You guys have been asking me what being the Activator looks like,
so here are the codes that an Activator lives by:
1. I am not in the education business. I am in the embodiment business.
AI can teach. But embodiment? That’s mine.
I show what’s possible by becoming it first.
And my clients don’t come to me because I explain things well, they come because they want to be led by the lived wisdom of someone who’s done it themselves.
2. I don’t create to be useful. I create to be unforgettable.
My content is not a tutorial. It’s a transmission.
I don’t ask “Is this helpful?”
I ask “Will this wake her up? Will this move people, make them feel something, remember me, and see themselves differently because of what I just said?”
3. I speak to the highest self of my client, not their struggle.
Instead of addressing pain points and fears, I speak to the desires and aspirations of my audience. I speak to the empowered version of my client, the one who’s already decided to rise. That’s who I want to attract. Not the one stuck in victim mentality.
4. I don’t give content away to prove my worth.
I no longer feel the need to pack free content with everything I know just to convince people that my work is worth it.
My content is created from confidence, not unworthiness issues or fear mentality.
5. I don’t parent my audience’s nervous systems.
I’m not here to protect people from their discomfort.
I’m here to move the ones who are ready.
Powerfully. Directly. Without dilution.
Those who can’t take it aren’t aligned clients anyways.
6. I don’t blend in to appeal to everyone.
I don’t water down my style, language, or beliefs to be more digestible.
I’m not here to be digestible. I’m here to be distinct.
So I own what makes me different, since that’s what makes me magnetic.
7. I trust my frequency more than their feedback.
My best work doesn’t come from polls, comments, or engagement metrics.
It comes from my own alignment, self-trust, and unfiltered truth.
If it changes me, it will change them.
If it’s true and powerful for me, I trust it will land with the right people (even if it polarizes others).
8. I don’t soften my truth to keep people comfortable.
Comfort doesn’t create transformation.
My words are mirrors. They stir. They challenge. They invite people to raise their standards and meet me at the next level.
Not everyone will like it, and that’s how I know I’m doing it right.
9. I don’t hold back so people don’t feel behind.
I don’t soften my expression or slow down my growth so my audience can “catch up”.
I evolve publicly, and I let my journey challenge them to rise.
I don’t shrink to make my growth digestible.
10. I don’t mistake busyness for success.
My worth is not tied to output.
My brilliance flows through rest, play, and pleasure.
My business works because I honour my body.
11. I don’t teach from wounds. I transmit from scars.
I don’t share my story in a raw or performative way.
I share from healing and integration, where my lived experience becomes a lesson, not a cry for validation.
12. I don’t lower the price. I elevate the positioning.
My work is sacred. My energy is premium.
I don’t discount my wisdom and essence to be more accessible.
Instead, I raise the perceived value through luxury positioning, clarity, and alignment.
13. I don’t serve the desperate. I activate the devoted.
I’m not here to rescue or convince.
I serve people who are ready, resourced, and self-led.
I’m not a helper. I’m a high-frequency guide for the ones who recognize themselves in my message and choose to rise.
14. I don’t spend my energy on those who won’t meet themselves.
I don’t over-deliver or overextend for people who aren’t ready.
I reserve my full energy for the ones who show up, take responsibility, and walk the path.
15. I don’t just sell offers. I sell identity.
My work doesn’t give people tools.
It gives them access to a new timeline.
A new way of seeing themselves. A new way of being.
