Welcome to Stellar Content Club! By subscribing, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully, as they govern your use of Stellar Content Club and the exclusive resources provided within.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to Stellar Content Club, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not subscribe, access, or use our services.

2. Service Description

Stellar Content Club provides its subscribers with unique content creation prompts based on Human Design and weekly Sun transits, along with strategies, templates, and resources designed to support authentic client attraction. Content and offerings may evolve over time, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice.

3. Membership and Payment

• Subscription: Stellar Content Club offers a monthly subscription service. When you subscribe, your payment method will be automatically charged on a recurring basis, based on your subscription plan.

• Billing and Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription fees for new members. Existing subscribers will maintain their initial rate unless notified otherwise, with at least 30 days’ notice of any price adjustments.

• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our content, all subscriptions are final and non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided within Stellar Content Club, including but not limited to prompts, templates, graphics, videos, and written materials, is the property of Stellar Content Club and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of this content is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action. Members may use the content only for personal or professional purposes within their own business but may not resell, republish, or distribute it.

5. User Responsibilities

Subscribers agree to use Stellar Content Club content ethically and in a way that respects copyright restrictions. Users are prohibited from:

• Copying, distributing, or otherwise sharing content with non-subscribers.

• Using Stellar Content Club content in any way that competes with our services.

• Engaging in behavior that is harmful, abusive, or disruptive to other community members if a community feature is added in the future.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Stellar Content Club provides content and resources on an “as-is” basis. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, client attraction, profitability, or success. While our resources are designed for optimal results, success depends on individual effort, experience, and business practices.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Stellar Content Club be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, even if Stellar Content Club has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to all claims arising from or related to these Terms of Service.

8. Changes to Terms

Stellar Content Club reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of these revised terms.

9. Termination

Stellar Content Club reserves the right to terminate or suspend your subscription immediately and without notice if you violate any part of these Terms of Service. Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through the Substack platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration, unless otherwise specified by applicable law.
