Content creation might be my bread and butter, but I refuse to spend my days chained to a keyboard. I'm all about simplifying things and maximizing impact (thanks to my Human Design 23-43 channel for that!).

So, I created the Stellar Content System—a clever, simple, and sales psychology powered way to make content creation a breeze.

The 30-Minute Content Creation System

Every Sunday, I sit down with my coffee, watch some NFL (yes, I’m a European girl who loves American football 😂), and dive into my content flow.

1. Sun Transit Insights

The first thing I do is I look at the Sun Transit Insights. Every week, the Sun transits a specific Human Design Gate, which influences what’s top of mind for people.

I use this “inside scoop” to craft content that is spookily relevant. It makes my audience say, “You’re reading my mind!” and, more importantly, “I’ve signed up. Yay!”

By aligning my content with the collective vibe, I hit the nail on the head every time.

2. The 1:11 Method

I turn the week’s theme into 11+ juicy content pieces using my 1:11 Method. This includes proof posts, sassy opinions, motivational pep talks, and sales content that doesn’t feel pushy.

It’s like a cheat code to easily craft a whole content suite that speaks to all types of buyers at all stages of awareness (which is CRUCIAL for moving people from stranger to client!).

The result? A batch of content that’s diverse, engaging, and sales-friendly.

3. Writing Frameworks

So now you’ve got ideas swirling around, but they need structure in order to move people from curious to WOWed to sold. Enter my writing frameworks—my content fairy godmothers.

These are powered by a century of sales psychology wisdom and billions of $ made through them. They help us turn those messy brainstorms into perfectly organized posts that demand attention and inspire action.

Also, the frickin worst part of content creation - hook writing - is taken care of by ChatGPT hook bots. I have one for general hooks, and this one for Instagram friendly hooks (and they work on Substack notes + Pinterest too)

4. Voice Transcription Magic

Speaking is WAY faster than writing, so I use voice transcription apps (my fave is Otter.ai *not an affiliate link) to capture my thoughts quickly.

Then I let AI turn that big blob of transcribed text into a well formatted draft, and then I sprinkle some juicy vocab magic to make the content pop.

Just doing this saves me 7h a week, cuz it took my content creation from 2h per post to 30mins per post!

5. Organize Everything in Notion

Finally, I organize it all in my Notion board, which is like Trello on steroids. Here, I track what I’m posting, when, and where.

Cuz when you’re posting and reposting on Substack, Instagram, Pinterest, emails, etc. your brain needs that help.

Yay for efficiency! 🏆

The Result? Effortless Content Execution

Throughout the week, I just pick a post from Notion, format it for the platform I’m publishing on, and hit post. 

Wham, bam, thank you, ma’am! 💪😂

Doesn’t this feel like a big exhale? 

Just spend an hour planning on Sunday and then 15-30 minutes a day to create and post. Phew!

This content flow & system is how even my  clients with kids (and babies) manage to stay consistent without wasting time or exhausting themselves.
