She sat across from me, eyes wide, and I could see the cogs turning.
She was a manifestation coach, mid-launch for her retreat, and something wasn’t clicking.

She tilted her head. “Meaning…?”
“Meaning, it’s time to step up as the coach to help them. To show them, with absolute certainty, that you’re the expert, and that this retreat is the solution they’ve been waiting for. And, this is key, you need to create content that makes them feel the urgency of the moment.”
I pulled up an example. “Look at this post. It’s beautiful, it’s heartfelt. But it’s also super open-ended. It makes them think but doesn’t make them act. What if, instead, you wrote it like this…”
I restructured her post, weaving in clear authority positioning and a direct call to action that spoke only to the people already primed to buy.
I watched as realization dawned on her face.
“Wait. That’s so simple! But it completely changes the energy.”
“Exactly,” I nodded. “When you start speaking to the buyers, not just the admirers, everything shifts. And when you add Activation content—stories, language, and frameworks that make them feel the decision in their body—you’re no longer just ‘someone they like.’ You’re the coach they need.”
Her pen was zooming over the notebook, taking notes. “Oh my god. I need to redo some of my posts immediately!”
We mapped out her final week of content, crafting posts that positioned her as the authority while activating her audience’s deepest desires and urgency to move.
And within days?
