It may be hard to believe but getting content to actually attract high-ticket clients felt like playing the lottery (even for me).Ā š°
I mean, selling high-ticket is way different than selling a <$500 offer.
Selling low ticket is as easy as talking about problems, desires and sharing solutions. You want it or not? Thatās it.Ā šµ
And in the first few years Iāve tried all the āhot tips,ā posted non-stop, even dabbled in the latest video tricks for TikTok.
But I've painfully learned that none of that matters if you donāt get the basics of sales psychology right.
After paying tens of thousands to learn from the best in the field, I realized that there were just 4 main things I had to master.
And every time I skipped one, I saw the difference ā either I got crickets, or people hesitating at the final moment.Ā š
But once I nailed these four essentials, it was like opening a faucet. The money flow went from drips to showers!
So hereās what you need to know:
1: Show your audience youĀ get them.Ā And I meanĀ reallyĀ get them.Ā ā¤
Every post, every caption has to show that you know what their day looks like, what annoys them, what keeps them awake at night.
This is why I use the Sun transits of the week to create my content. It tells me what is top of mind, so I can speak to it and bring in the cash.Ā š
And this is where you have an advantage if youāve been your ideal client and experienced the very emotions & situations they are in now.
2: Illuminate the gap.Ā š®
I used to think people would understand why they needed my help without me having to spell it out. But people need clarity. We donāt know what we donāt know.
And you are the expert because youāve finally discovered the real gaps, and then plugged them.
Help them feel that gap ā and they will feel the urgency to fill it. Itās a simple rule of psychology.Ā šÆ
3: Become their bridge.Ā š
Once they understand the gap, this is where you come in.
Youāre not just any bridgeāyouāreĀ theĀ bridge for your ideal clients. Youāre definitely not the bridge for everyone, because some people want more structure and discipline, while others crave more flow and play, letās say.
So show them exactly why your offer and your approach are the ideal pathway that takes them from their current struggle to the dream outcome they crave.
4: Address the concerns. Others call these objections, but I donāt love that term because weāre not pushing people, weāre helping them believe.
And itās not just about believing that you are the choiceā¦ People need to believe in themselves too, in their ability to succeed despite previous attempts and failures (and thereās been many for sure).
This is why I anticipate peopleās concerns and address them through content.
Only then can they be certain that theyāre making the right move and BUY.
